Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free plan

Career discovery on TRYO is free and involves no payment, so no cancellation or refund is needed. You can stop using it any time.

2. Paid plans (Try 3 Careers, TRYO Explorer, 3-Month Career Experience)

• Before starting: If you have paid but not started any activity, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• After starting: Once one or more activities have been attempted or submitted, the plan is considered consumed and is non-refundable, since activities and reports are delivered immediately.
• Duplicate or failed payments: Accidental duplicate charges or amounts debited without plan activation are always refunded in full.

3. Mentorship

• Mentorship sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice.
• If a session has not yet been scheduled, you may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• Completed mentor sessions are non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@tryo.online from the registered contact with the student's name, phone number and payment details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Razorpay.
