1. Who we are

TRYO ("we", "us") is an experiential career discovery platform for students, operated at tryo.online. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

• Student details: name, phone number (required, 10 digits), email (optional), school, place and class level.
• Exploration data: interests selected, careers viewed, activities attempted, uploads (photos, PDFs, videos of student work) and reflection answers.
• Historical payment data: records of previous purchases and payment status may be retained for support. Student access is now free and no new payment is required.
• Chat messages: the conversation between the student and the TRYO chatbot.

3. How we use it

• Personalise career suggestions and activities.
• Generate exploration insights and parent reports.
• Deliver free career activities, projects and reports, and support any historical payment enquiries.
• Contact students/parents about their exploration or mentorship sessions.
• Improve the platform. We never sell personal data.

4. Children and students

TRYO is designed for school students. We collect the minimum information needed to run the experience and share progress reports only with the student and their parent/guardian.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run TRYO (hosting and database infrastructure, and Razorpay for historical payment support) and with mentors when a student books a mentorship session. We do not sell or rent personal information.

6. Data retention & your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete a student's data at any time by emailing hello@tryo.online. We retain exploration data while the account is active and remove it on request.
