1. Who we are

TRYO ("we", "us") is an experiential career discovery platform for students, operated at tryo.online. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

• Student details: name, phone number (required, 10 digits), email (optional), school, place and class level.
• Exploration data: interests selected, careers viewed, activities attempted, uploads (photos, PDFs, videos of student work) and reflection answers.
• Payment data: plan purchased and payment status. Card/UPI details are processed by Razorpay and never touch our servers.
• Chat messages: the conversation between the student and the TRYO chatbot.

3. How we use it

• Personalise career suggestions and activities.
• Generate exploration insights and parent reports.
• Process payments and deliver purchased plans.
• Contact students/parents about their plan or mentorship sessions.
• Improve the platform. We never sell personal data.

4. Children and students

TRYO is designed for school students. We collect the minimum information needed to run the experience and share progress reports only with the student and their parent/guardian.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run TRYO (payment processing via Razorpay, hosting and database infrastructure) and with mentors when a student books a mentorship session. We do not sell or rent personal information.

6. Data retention & your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete a student's data at any time by emailing hello@tryo.online. We retain exploration data while the account is active and remove it on request.
